We use essential cookies to maintain the performance and security of our infrastructure. By continuing to browse, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy outlines how Marian Brodych Solutions & Co. (hereinafter "the Agency") collects, processes, and manages professional data. We specialize in B2B lead generation, acting as a strategic bridge between our Clients and potential business partners (Leads).
We limit our data collection to professional information strictly necessary for B2B outreach:
Identification: Full Name, Professional Title, and LinkedIn Profile URL.
Company Data: Company Name, Industry, and Website.
Communication: Professional Business Email addresses and Business Phone Numbers (publicly available or sourced for professional inquiries).
Our business model involves three parties: the Agency, the Lead (Data Subject), and the Client.
Phase 1 (Research): The Agency acts as an independent Data Controller, identifying Leads based on professional relevance.
Phase 2 (Automation): Data is processed using our proprietary internal software, KodLo. As an in-house tool of Brodych Solutions & Co., KodLo ensures that Lead data remains within a secure, closed-loop environment.
Phase 3 (Transfer): Once a Lead is qualified, the data is transferred to the Client. At this point, the Client becomes an independent Data Controller and is responsible for further communication in accordance with their own privacy standards and local laws.
The legal basis for our processing is Legitimate Interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR/RODO).
We process data to facilitate high-value business connections that are mutually beneficial for the Lead and the Client.
Business Phone Numbers and Emails are processed specifically to enable direct, high-level business coordination and professional follow-ups.
Unlike agencies relying on third-party SaaS platforms, we utilize KodLo — our internal, proprietary engine. This significantly reduces data exposure risks, as the data never leaves our controlled technological perimeter until the moment of transfer to the Client. All data is encrypted and stored on secure European servers.
We store data only as long as necessary to fulfill the specific lead generation campaign. Under RODO, all individuals have the right to:
Access their data.
Request deletion ("Right to be forgotten").
Object to processing for direct marketing. To exercise these rights, please contact us at: marian@brodychsolutions.com .
We operate in a professional B2B environment where we act as a strategic link between our Clients and potential business partners (Leads).
Role of Brodych Solutions: We act as the independent Data Controller during the research and initial outreach phase. We identify prospects based on legitimate business interest and professional relevance.
Role of KodLo (Internal Infrastructure): All identified data is processed within our proprietary, closed-loop system (KodLo) to ensure security and prevent unauthorized access.
Transfer to Client: Once a professional connection is established or a high-value lead is identified, the relevant business data (Name, Title, Company, Business Email/Phone) is transferred to our Client.
Client Responsibility: Upon receiving lead data, the Client becomes an independent Data Controller for that specific information. The Client is responsible for conducting further communication in compliance with their own privacy standards and applicable local laws.
