Engagements are subject to a minimum term as stated in the applicable proposal. Performance figures referenced on this website describe past results and are not a guarantee of future outcomes.

Clients agree to provide timely access to the accounts, materials, and information reasonably required to perform the services, and to ensure that all such access complies with applicable platform terms and laws.

Clients retain ownership of their accounts, prospect data, and content. We operate within the client's infrastructure and do not claim ownership of client assets.

Fees are set out in the applicable proposal and are typically billed as a fixed monthly amount over the engagement term. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice.

Late or non-payment may result in suspension of services after reasonable notice.

Each party agrees to protect the other party's confidential information and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brodych Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the notice provisions of the applicable proposal. Fees for services performed up to the effective date of termination remain payable.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
